This guide will help you with navigating the new Commerce Control Center to access and manage the key reports, tax information, merchant statements and more.
1. Home
The Home tab is your main landing page after login. It provides quick insights and shortcuts to important tools.
Key Features:
- Dashboard Widgets.
- Search / AI Assistant – “Ask me a question” bar at the top for instant searches, report generation, and navigation (e.g., “Show me my Visa declines for last month”).
- App Launcher – Use the 9-dot icon in the top right for other Fiserv tools.
2. View
The View tab is your reporting hub. This is where you find, run and export reports.
How to Access Reports
- Click View from the main menu.
- Choose from:
- Category – Main report type (e.g., Authorizations, Disputes, Fees, Funding, Settlement, IRS/Tax, Generic Analysis).
- Subcategory – Narrow down report type.
To search all reports:
- Select All.
- Use Search by Name for keywords like “Settlement” or “Chargebacks”.
Commonly Used Report Categories & What They Show
- Authorizations – Approvals/declines data, approval rates, network details.
- Settlement – Batched transactions sent for funding.
- Funding – Deposit details, funding timelines, amounts by date, fees collected.
- Disputes – Chargeback and inquiry case data.
- Statements – Monthly merchant statements for download.
Running & Customizing a Report
- Select a report from the list.
- Click + Add Filters to choose relevant filter options.
- Set filter criteria (e.g., date range, merchant ID, card brand).
- Click Generate to run report.
Saving, Scheduling & Exporting
- Save – Name your customized report.
- Schedule – Choose frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), format (CSV, PDF, XLSX).
- Download – Export report instantly in your chosen format.

3. Manage
The Manage tab combines settings, saved content, and schedules.
Key Sections:
- Inbox / Saved / Scheduled – One location for:
- Inbox – One-time generated reports
- Saved – Custom templates
- Scheduled – Recurring report setups
Statements and Documents – Quick access to your processing statements and 1099-K
Disputes – View and respond to cardholders’ chargeback and inquiry requests
User Settings – Add and update your profile (email, time zone, language etc.)

Q: Where do I find Authorizations?
A: Go to View → Select Category = “Authorizations” to see all related reports.
Q: Where can I view my Deposits?
A: Go to View → Choose Category = “Funding” or “Settlement” to review deposit activity.
Q: What is the difference between Funding and Settlement reports?
A: Settlement Reports provide a summary of approved transactions that have been sent to the processor for settlement, showing when and how much was submitted for funding. Funding Report additionally details the actual deposits made to your bank account, including any fees, adjustments, or discrepancies between what was submitted in settlement and what was ultimately funded.
Q: How do I use filters in reports?
A: After opening a report, click + Add Filters to see all available options. Select only those you want, then apply criteria for each.
Q: Where can I download my statements?
A: Go to Manage → Select Statement & Documents box → toggle the slider to Statements to view and download.
Q: Where can I download my 1099-K form?
A: Go to Manage → Select Statement & Documents box → toggle the slider to Tax Reports to view and download.
Q: How do I schedule and subscribe to reports?
A: After running or customizing a report in View, click the Save/Schedule button. Give the report a name, then select Schedule to set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), preferred format (CSV, XLSX, PDF), and delivery method. Saved schedules can be viewed and managed anytime under Manage → Inbox/Saved/Scheduled → Scheduled tab.
Q: How do I access my scheduled reports?
A: Go to Manage → Open Inbox/Saved/Scheduled → Click Scheduled to view and manage your active schedules.
Q: How can I view my pending disputes?
A: In CCC, go to Manage → Disputes tile. On the Disputes home screen, you’ll see separate widgets for Chargebacks and Inquiries. Click the blue case count under Chargebacks to open the list of cases that require your review.
Q: How do I take action on a pending dispute?
A: From the dispute case list, click View Case to open the full Case Details. Use the action button on the bottom right to either Challenge the dispute (select a challenge reason and upload supporting documents) or Accept it (confirm no challenge). Available actions depend on case eligibility and your user permissions.
