Batching and Funding

Understanding Batch Activity and Deposits in Netevia HQ

Netevia HQ provides detailed reporting on your account's batch activity and deposits. Depending on what you need to track, you can use My ACH for batch transaction details or My Deposits for funding information.

  1. Accessing Reports

To view batch activity or deposit details:

  • Go to the left-side menu and select My ACH for batch-level transaction details.

  • Select My Deposits to review actual funding to your bank account.

  1. My ACH: Tracking Batch Activity

The My ACH section provides insight into your batch transactions, showing individual sales and refunds before they are funded. It offers two views:

a) Detailed ACH

This view breaks down each transaction within a batch, allowing you to track sales and refunds at the transaction level. It includes:

  • ID (Transaction ID) – A unique identifier for each transaction.

  • Total ID (Batch ID) – The batch that the transaction belongs to.

  • Processing Date – The date the transaction was processed.

  • ABA & DDA (Last 4 Digits) – The last four digits of the bank account and routing number used for processing.

  • Card Type – The type of card used in the transaction.

  • Amount – The transaction amount.

  • Debit/Credit Indicator – "D" for debits (withdrawals) and "C" for credits (sales or deposits).

b) Combined ACH

This view summarizes entire batches without showing individual transactions. It includes:

  • ID (Batch ID) – The unique identifier for each batch.

  • Processing Date – The date the batch was processed.

  • Total Batch Amount – The total value of transactions in the batch.

  • Debit/Credit Indicator – Identifies whether the batch is a debit (funds deducted) or credit (funds added).

  1. My Deposits: Tracking Funding to Your Bank

Unlike My ACH, which tracks batch activity, My Deposits shows when funds are actually deposited into your bank account. It includes:

  • ID (Batch ID) – The identifier for the batch deposit.

  • Deposit Date – The date the funds were deposited into your bank.

  • Batch Date – The processing date of the batch.

  • Batch Amount – The total amount deposited.

  • Credit/Debit Indicator – Shows whether the deposit was a credit (incoming) or debit (withdrawal).

  • ABA & DDA (Last 4 Digits) – The last four digits of the funding bank's routing and account number.

  • Reference Number – A unique identifier for tracking the deposit.

  1. Filtering and Exporting Reports

  • You can filter transactions by date to find specific batches or deposits.

  • Reports can be exported as an Excel file for record-keeping and reconciliation.
