How to Setup Star TSP100 Series Printer

Select a model that you have


Select the latest version of the driver


Unpack downloaded archive and double-click on Autorun file

Press Installation

Select Typical Installation

Once installation completed, press Finish


After the printer is installed, you need to make sure that the correct page layout is set on a printer for Wireless Standard receipts:

Open up Control Panel > Devices and Printer

Right mouse click on installed printer > Printer Properties


Go to Preferences

Go to Advanced


Select Paper Size: 72mm x Receipt and press OK


Go back on Printer Properties > select Advanced tab > press Printing Defaults


Select Paper Size: 72mm x Receipt and press OK


Back on Printer Properties → select Device Settings tab → make sure 72mm x Receipt layout is selected and press OK:

 
Once the driver is installed and Paper size is set properly, the printer is ready to be configured on POS:

  1. Open up POS.
  2. On a login screen in the right bottom corner click on the Configure button.
  3. The configuration screen will open, then go to POS Equipment tab.
  4. Under the Receipt Printer in a drop-down menu select the printer that was installed earlier.

Click on OK at the bottom, login to POS, and try to print any receipt.
