Depending on Windows version and Windows settings there is a need to adjust POS receipt layout in order to have receipt info Fit the receipt

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers highlight receipt printer and click on Print server properties at the top

In Print Server Properties window

1. Check Create a new form
2. Name new form
3. Under Form description (measurement) switch to Metric
4. Set Width 70.00 (note: you may also increase the length by adjusting Height value)
5. Click on Save Form
6. and click Close to close the window
   

Once a new receipt layout is created you are ready to assign it to a printer. Click with your right mouse button on a printer and select the option Printer Properties

1. Under properties, window go to Preferences
2. Under Preferences go to  Advanced
3. select your custom receipt template and hit OK
